REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (this "Policy") constitutes a binding agreement between WithMeaning LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Lulu Loyal ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and you, the purchaser of our services. This Policy governs all refund requests, cancellations, and related matters.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, ABSOLUTE, AND NON-REFUNDABLE. COMPANY MAINTAINS A STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. NO EXCEPTIONS SHALL BE MADE TO THIS POLICY FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER.

Upon initiation of any search query or data retrieval request through our Services, the contracted services shall be deemed fully rendered and complete. No refunds, credits, or adjustments shall be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

All subscription fees, whether monthly, annual, or otherwise, are payable in advance and are absolutely non-refundable. Cancellation of a subscription shall not entitle you to any refund, proration, or credit for any unused portion of the current billing period. You remain financially obligated for all charges incurred through the date of cancellation.

4. ONE-TIME INVESTIGATION SERVICES

Purchases of one-time investigation services become non-refundable immediately upon completion of the transaction, irrespective of whether such services are subsequently utilized. The mere availability of the service constitutes full performance by Company.

No refunds shall be issued for technical difficulties, including but not limited to service outages, data inaccuracies, platform incompatibilities, network failures, or any circumstances beyond Company's reasonable control.

7. UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES AND FRAUD CLAIMS

Allegations of unauthorized charges must be reported to Company within twenty-four (24) hours of the transaction. Company reserves the right to investigate such claims at its sole discretion. Submission of false or fraudulent claims may result in immediate account termination and potential civil or criminal prosecution.

8. CHARGEBACK CONSEQUENCES

Initiation of a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal shall result in immediate and permanent termination of all services and account privileges. Company reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to collection proceedings and fraud prosecution.

9. NO EXCEPTIONS OR DISCRETIONARY REFUNDS

This Policy admits no exceptions, modifications, or waivers. Company personnel, including customer service representatives, managers, and executives, lack authority to authorize refunds, credits, or policy exceptions.

10. BUYER'S REMORSE EXCLUSION

Company provides no refunds for buyer's remorse, change of circumstances, altered intentions, or subsequent determination that services are no longer required or desired.

11. LEGAL COMPLIANCE MINIMUM

In jurisdictions where applicable law mandates certain refund rights that cannot be waived, refunds shall be limited to the absolute minimum amount required by such mandatory provisions.

12. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Company reserves the unilateral right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Modifications become effective immediately upon posting and apply to all transactions.

All disputes regarding refunds, cancellations, or related matters shall be subject to mandatory binding arbitration as set forth in our Terms of Use, with no right to jury trial or class proceedings.

By completing any purchase transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept this no-refund policy in its entirety.
